| » Yes! Please email us about your custom order request. Any item on the website can be made with your choice of colors, and in your size, upon request. For custom orders, an additional charge of 20% will be added to the item price listed. |

| » It depends on several factors: carrier, method, distance to destination, weather and road conditions. |

| » Yes, fast shipping is an option we offer, at additional cost. |

| » You can be emailed or texted a tracking number, which you can follow on the carrier's website. |
| What if I'm not home? |
| » Please make alternate arrangements with the carrier if you anticipate being away. |

| » Please contact us with any order return requests. Our products are lovingly and carefully hand-made, one at a time. We regretfully cannot, therefore, accept returns, except when there is a manufacturing defect, or when there is an order fulfillment error on our part. |

| How long does it take to process a return? |
| » We will remit your funds as soon as possible, upon return of the item in question. |

| What type of dye do you use for your tie dyes? |
| » We use Fiber Reactive Procion Dyes. |
| Will the colors fade or wash out? |
| » No, the colors are locked in tight and bright and will last for many years. |
| Can I wash my tie dye with other colors? |
| » Yes you can wash your tie dye with other colors, they will not bleed onto your other clothes. |
